The Wiki 90 JS has a horizontal rotating turret with four slots for objective lenses and two indenters. Automatic indentation reading is available through the camera. To make the test just place the specimen under the tester, position and push the start button. The tester will make the contact, apply the test force, switch to the objective and measure the indent and give the result.

Load forces are applied through a load cell and controlled Closed Loop with a frequency of 1 kHz, assuring perfect linearity in every range. Results are not affected by misalignment or problems associated with dead weight systems on traditional testers.

Manual XY table 100 x 100 with 10um step. The table is a perfect solution for manual CHD and can be provided with encoders so that movement is shown on the computer screen.

Test loads: from 0.01kgf to 10 kgf
