CF250B 300mm 2-Axis Cut Off Machine
The CF250B has been modified so that the cut off machine now incorporates Z axis cutting as well as our usual X direction. The CF250B cut off machine has also had a 7" HMI touch panel for easy use added along with twin joysticks to enable easy control for positioning of the head and the table. The sample positioning is further assisted by the addition of laser alignment which means you cut the sample in the correct place. Another improvement is the intelligent variable feed rate for cutting. The CF250B abrasive cutter will automatically adjust the feed rate based on motor loads creating perfect cutting parameters independent of material thickness and hardness. Pulse cutting has also been added which means that there is zero deformation of the sample. The lighting is now internal LED lighting and the sides have been made to allow through cutting options if required. They have a cutting depth of 250mm in the X direction and 200mm in the Z axis. It is also possible to add a modified clamping base to allow up to 100mm of manual movement in Y. The safety switches on the hood are now electrically controlled. An auto lubricator has been added to reduce maintenance requirements. Standard traffic light indicators for observation. Ventilation port as standard. The magnetic cleaning spray gun stores in any location.
There are feed doors built into the design on both sides of the CF250B to enable long specimens to protrude the left and right hand sides of the CF250B. Anti splash curtains also keep coolant inside the machine
The CF250B cut off machine is also supplied with an 80L recirculating tank on wheels, which means that there is plenty of coolant for burn free cutting and it is easy to empty. the tank when the coolant needs replacing. It is stored conveniently inside the cabinet with a superb viewing window to see the coolant levels. The machine is supplied with a T slot bed so that the correct vice arrangement can be selected.
