FREE SOFTWARE UPDATES FOR A YEAR

Subscribed customers will have access to updates, minor and major releases of our software. Although they are easy to install, remote technical assistance is available if required. New features are deployed in major and minor releases, depending on the software product purchased.

As you gain experience with Clemex software, questions may arise as to more advanced functionalities. Our Application Specialists will be glad to help you learn new ways of operating our software as long as you have a solid base to build upon.

This makes it easier for us to quickly evaluate your case and provide a diagnostic of the problem. When calling or emailing our Support service it is important to have your System ID at hand so that our agents can promptly tackle the case.

WAVER OF THE REGULAR SERVICE FEE

During your one year maintenance plan subscription, all service calls and tickets are answered free of charge. Regular fees for non-members will be billed, with a minimum block of 4 hours charged once the problem has been resolved.
